Manly Men Wear Mens Fragrances
Yes, I'm a man. And although I don't go out of my way to prove it, I think I'm at least a little manly. At least by the stereotypical defination of the word. I like power tools and motorcycles as much as the next guy. But just because I'm a man doesn't mean my smell should announce my arrival well before I got to where I'm going. And that's why mens fragrances are in my bathroom cabinet.
What is that God-awful stench? Please tell me you're not one of those "manly men," who reek to high heaven because you simply refuse to adopt pleasant hygiene habits. I'm talking about deodorant and cologne. Are you wearing them? If your answer is a big fat whopping NO, then I suggest you re-evaluate your situation. Don't you want to smell nice? Do you really want to be that individual who causes everyone's nose to curl and their eyes to water? Stop the insanity!
Slap on some cologne already. It is manly in this contemporary setting we all share. And more importantly, the girls really dig it. So for all you Joes out there, who are struggling to act tough, check out the mens fragrances at your local department store. It's time to adopt some modern habits.
What do you know about mens fragrances? I have to say that I do know a little bit. In fact, I've been wearing cologne since I can remember. Well, not just eau de toilette spray, but aftershave, body spray and a number of other mens fragrances as well. Now, don't get me wrong; I certainly wasn't wearing them all at once. There is a moderation code that you should follow.
One of my favorite beer commercials was from the one of those Real Men Of Genius spots riduculing "Mr. Way Too Much Cologne Wearer". It's a riot. "Like a bullhorn your cologne announces your every arrival, four blocks before you get there", the commercial satarizes. Yes you can go to extremes.
However, I've noticed that many men avoid mens fragrances altogether simply because they assume that they're not manly. This is bogus, gents. Women love when a man splashes on some aftershave or mists on a fine body spray. Just like the way you like it when she wears a nice perfume. So first of all, ditch that cheesy old caveman complex about not smelling nice. It's high time to step into reality.
With the vast array of mens fragrances available now days, you can surely find one that suits you. However, just because you purchase a high-end cologne, doesn't mean you should go buck-wild and start hosing yourself down with it. It's prudent to use these products in moderation. One or two sprays of a fine eau de toilette cologne should do it. You certainly shouldn't be able to smell yourself all day long. Imagine how tart you smell to everyone else if you can smell yourself throughout the day.
Are you in the market for some wonderful mens fragrances? Hey, have no fear! There are oodles of these scent enhancers online. However, it's wise to venture out to the local department store for some routine sniffing first. This way you can separate the mens fragrances you love from the ones you can't stand. Find that ideal scent that your lady will go gaga over.
Or a better plan would be to take your wife or girlfriend along with you. They'll tell you what they like most on you. There's no need to risk making the wrong decision when you probably have a live in critic ready to give an opinion. Once you find one that she and you agree on, there's no need to buy from the high end department store. You'll get it for much less on the web.
